Buckingham Fountain

Buckingham Fountain located on August 26, 1927. Situate in the center of Grant Park. The diameter of the pool is 85 meters. It is one of the largest fountains in the world. It is a famous landmark in Chicago and it welcomes the guest from around the world. In the evening. colorful lights light up from under the spring. There are 4 bronze seahorses that symbolizes the states (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin) that bordering Lake Michigan. And the fountain basin represents the lake itself.
